In providing this 9000 sq. ft. building, one of the established requirements was to aesthetically blend this structure with the adjacent building. Exterior features include: brick and stucco exterior.

This 9,000 sq. ft. building - First module placement by crane on stem wall, continuous foundation on interiors below-grade, cmu piers with rebar.

This 9000 sq. ft. multi-office building also featured sky lights and two large conference rooms.

Twenty-five module, 18,000 sq. ft. building. This building was delivered, erected and ready for occupancy within 142 days.

This building was crane set on below-grade sona-tube piers.

Modular offers complete flexibility and, in this case, the customer was able to add another 10 modules totaling 5,900 sq. ft. of additional office space to its office complex as their staff expanded.
